Before becoming celebrity fitness trainer based out of L.A., Chris Tye Walker was a former nationally ranked track & field athlete in the U.K. Chris is also a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science with a concentration in Sports Psychology, a Guest Trainer for the NIKE Women's NTC Tour, and, of course, a BodyRock Trainer.
