RETURN & EXCHANGES

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.

Clothing

All of the BodyRock clothing is made to order and so is final sale. If you have any questions about sizing prior to placing your order, please contact us.

Shipping & Delivery FAQs

My order hasn't shipped yet, can I make a change?

If your order has not yet shipped, we would be happy to adjust it for you! Please contact us with your request, and we will adjust your order accordingly, including any price adjustments required.

I've received my order, can I exchange one of my pieces of equipment?

Due to the nature of our products and the high cost of shipping due to product weight, we cannot offer exchanges on products that have already shipped.

If your order has shipped and you would like a different product, please contact us so we can authorize a refund following our standard refund process, and you can place a new order for your new piece of equipment.

If your equipment was purchased during a promotion, it may be eligible for a standard discount on the new purchase once the authorized returned merchandise has been received by our warehouse, depending on the original offer.

I purchased an e-book or video, can I exchange it for a different one?

We cannot issue refunds or exchanges on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.

What do I do if my order arrived damaged, or is defective?

The products I ordered a week ago have gone on sale! Can I get a price adjustment?

If the product you ordered goes on promotion within 10 days of your order, please contact us and we will refund you the difference on eligible products.

If it has been more than 10 days, but less than 30, we would be happy to offer you a discount towards your next purchase on eligible products.

Please note that not all promotions are eligible for price adjustment based on the offer's Terms & Conditions.

This policy excludes Black Friday/Cyber Monday and the Countdown to New Years sales.
